A kolozsmonostori konvent jelenti, hogy Belthewk-i Dragffy Bertalan özvegye: néhai Dorottya ferences harmadrendi nővér a Kwssal mezővárosban lévő Szentháromság-kolostor melletti apácaházban (sanctimonialis tertii ordinis beati Francisci confessoris in habitatione sanctimonialium eiusdem ordinis prope claustrum sancte et individue Trinitatis in oppido Kwssal fundatum degentium) Gerchen egészbirtokot, valamint Bewshaza és Zeplak (Közép-Szolnok vm) felét, a Szentháromság és Szűz Mária iránti tisztelete kifejezéseként, örökösen a mondott házban lakó nővéreknek adományozza (dicte habitationi sanctimonialium in dicta Kwssal existenti et habite). - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 3469.
