A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Zych-i Zsigmond fia: Benedek - testvére (fr.c): Balázs, továbbá Jara-i János fia: Mihály, Domokos fia: Balázs, Benedek fia: Balázs, Jara-i Gergely fia: Domokos fia: János nevében is - tiltakozik amiatt, hogy Farnas-i Dénes (e) Aklos (Thorda vm.) nevű birtokuk felét Hwnyad-i János (ill.princ.) kormányzótól, mint magvaszakadt ember jószágát, magának kérte fel, noha az ősi jogon őket illeti. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 908.
