A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Felicián pap, a Dypse-i Szűz Mária-egyház plébánosa tiltakozik amiatt, hogy amikor ő, nővére végrendeleti meghagyása értelmében (sacra via sibi per condam sororem ipsius testamentaliter commissa), Rómába (ad limina beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum) készült zarándokolni, Coloswar-on átutazva a bíró: Mewn (dictus) Jakob az ottani adósainál lévő 60 Ft-ját ítélet nélkül lefoglalta és ezzel utazását megakadályozta. - Non solvit. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 914.
