A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Zomlen-i néhai Ramaz ”dictus” Mihály magister fia: István - gyermekei: Mihály és Miklós, továbbá testvérei: Gábor magister és Rafael, valamint Gábor fiai:László és Mihály nevében is - Hederwar-i Lőrinc nádor parancsának és a konvent jelentésének bemutatása után, Yakotelke másnéven Horthlaka (Clus m) nevű birtokukat 500 arany Ft-ért eladja Farnas-i Veres János fia: Dénesnek és gyermekeinek: Benedeknek és Jánosnak, valamint a hajadon sorban lévő Annának, és átadja nekik a birtokra vonatkozó okleveleket is. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 583.
