A váci káptalan jelenti, hogy Albert király parancsára nyomozást folytatott a sági konvent palahtha-i /Hont m./ jobbágyai ellen elkövetett hatalmaskodás ügyében és a hatalmaskodókat okt. 6-ra a király elébe megidézte. - Helynevek: Hont megye: Alsó- és Felső Palahtha - De: Othowa, Kykywrtes, Beruethe. - - Váci székesegyház: Thomas eltarista rector altaris beatae Dorotheae in dicta ecclesia nostra constructi .. - Hátlapján rányomott pecsét maradványa.
