A székesfehérvári keresztes konvent a veszprémvölgyi Szűz Mária kolostor apácáinak procuratoruk, Zarberen-i Deák (literatus) Miklós révén előadott kérésére átírja saját 1398. december 13-i, az apácák Tykws, másként Zygethfew nevű birtokán szedendő vámok ügyében kiadott oklevelét.
