A veszprémi káptalan a veszprémvölgy Szűz Mária kolostor apácáinak procuratoruk, Zarberen-i Deák (literatus) Miklós révén előadott kérésére átírja V. László király 1455. április 24-i, az apácák Tykws, másként Zygethfew nevű birtokánál szedendő vámok ügyében kiadott oklevelét. - Az eredeti vörös-zöld selyemzsinóron függő pecsétje elveszett.
