Budae. sexagesimo nono die octav. Epiphaniarum. Paloch-i Mátyus országbíró ítéletlevele a Heves megyei Kenderes alias Kerekhaz possessio birtoklása miatt Kenderes-i Mihály fia: Berec és név szerint felsorolt társai között egy részről, és a név szerint felsorolt Bw-i nemesek között más részről folyt perben. Bemutatják és az országbíró tartalmilag átírja Garai Miklós nádor 1405. jún. 9-i, Zsigmond király 1408. január 21-i és a budai káptalan 1408. május 7-i kiadványait. (Teljes szöveg.)
