A csázmai káptalan előtt Imre ”mons Garygh”-i pálos szerzetes a kolostor nevében tiltakozik, hogy Kozouch-i Chemer János fia János tudtuk nélkül elcserélte a Kozouch és Palachna falvakban levő birtokrészeivel együtt azon jobbágytelkeket is, amelyek a kolostornál vannak zálogban, Monozlo-i Chupor Pál bán fiai, Ákos, Demeter és György birtokaival.
