A pécsi káptalan előtt Domonkos egykori Pécs városi bíró özvegye Margit és fiai: András és Domokos vallják, hogy az Irugh folyón levő malom felét, amelynek másik felét az Irugh hegyi Szent Jakab kolostor pálos remetéi már megvették 10 dénármárkáért, minden márkát 6 penzával számítva eladták a nevezett kolostornak és Szent Márton nyolcadán (nov. 18.) a birtokjogukat biztosító okleveleket is át kell adniok. 18. századi hiteles másolat, papír. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) PÉCSI KÁPTALAN
