A csázmai káptalan előtt Demeter a ”mons Garygh”-i pálosok vicariusa eltiltja Decche-i Roh János fia Lászlót, Desniche-i Capitan Demeter fia Istvánt és Capitan Miklós fia Miklóst azon, Desniche és Podgorya falvakban levő birtokrészek elfoglalásától, amelyeket néhai Capitan fia András végrendeletileg özvegyére hagyott, ez pedig a kolostornak adományozott.
