(Garig. fasc. 5. nr. 113.) ”Magister Martinus predicator et locumtenens Chasmensis” bírságban elmarasztalja Zenthlilek-i Castellan fia Zsigmond két, Holicz Bálint és Mozlauecz Tamás nevű jobbágyát, akik megidéztettek ugyan János Berschanoucz-i és Bálint Gresencha-i plébánosokkal eléje a Garigh-i pálosok elleni perükben, azonban nem jelentek meg, noha a felperes prior a határnapon s még két napig várt reájuk.
