A kapornoki konvent bizonyítja, hogy eléje járult a Boldogságos Szűzről nevezett Ernemes-i Pálos kolostor egyik szerzetese: Mihály testvér és a saját meg az összes ott élő szerzetesek nevében bemutatta előtta Peren-i János királyi tárnokmesternek patens oklevelét és kérte, hogy azt írják át részére szóról-szóra, amit a konvent teljes egészében teljesített. - Hátán pecsét töredékesen.
