András király a fölégetett és lerontott remetei Szent Jakab kápolnát Uros szentmártoni apáttal és konventjével fölépítteti s nekik adományozza két eke földdel együtt, melyet a somogyi várnép, udvarnokok és a királyi börtönök földjéből, mindegyik nemtől 80 holdat, hasított ki. Andreas Dei gratia Ungarie rex omnibus christicolis, ad quos littere presentes pervenerint, salutem in Domino. Ad universorum notitiam presentium tenore volumus pervenire, quod nos pro stabilitate regni nostri et pro salute nostra ac filiorum nostrorum et maxime ad instantiam et petitionem fidelium nostrorum, videlicet Urie abbatis Sancti Martini de Sacro Monte Pannonie et fratrum eius, capellam Sancti Iacobi de Heremo, que per quorumdam malitiam et invidiam combusta et destructa fuerat, iussimus rehedificari per ... abbatem et fratres suprascriptos et eandem monasterio Sancti Martini supra montem Pannonie sito contulimus perpetuo possidendam. Et ut in eadem capella monachi et heremite possint degere ac sustentari, ipsis de terra civilium Symigiensium ac odwornicorum nec non preconum nostrorum contulimus terram per fidelem nostrum Nycholaum comitem Musuniensem assignandam ad duo aratra hoc modo, quod de singulis generibus hominum suprascriptorum iussimus dare octoginta iugera terrarum. Ut autem hec nostra donatio perpetue stabilitatis robur valeat obtinere, presentem paginam duplicis sigilli nostri munimine iussimus roborari. Datum per manus magistri Petri, aule nostre vicecancellarii ac Albensis prepositi. Anno Verbi incarnati millesimo CCo XXXo regni nostri anno vicesimo septimo. [1230.]
