Nos capitulum Iauriensis ecclesie memorie conmendantes tenore presentium significamus quibus expedit, universis, quod vir nobilis magister Iohannes, filius Nicolai, castellanus de Sancto Martino ac frater Petrus cellelarius in personis domini Wylhermi abbatis et sui conventus de Sacro Monte Pannonie cum sufficienti procuratorio ad nostram venientes presentiam confessi extiterunt, quod predictus dominus eorum et suus conventus iuxta preceptum domini regis litteratorium possessionem Paznan vocatam in comitatu Iauriensi existentem, ipsis per magistrum Georgium, filium Alexii de Kuchk pro trecentis florenis et tredecim marcis et media obligatam, strennuo viro magistro Nicolao filio Iacobi, iuveni aule domini regis, plene rehabitis trecentis florenis et tredecim marcis et media ab eodem, resignassent et restituissent, prout ipsi possedissent et actenus iure inpignorationis uti habuissent, volentes in omnibus parere preceptis domini regis. Litteras etiam, si quas habuissent super facto inpignorationis dicte possessionis Paznan emanatas capituli vel alicuius loci alterius quocunque modo confectas cassas reddiderunt et inanes, innocuas et vigoribus carituras coram quocunque iudice exhibuentur, trite habeantur. Datum feria tertia proxima post dominicam Letare, anno Domini millesimo CCC° L° primo. [1351. márcz. 29.]
