CXLVI. Cuno und Friedrich, Söhne des seligen Edelknechts Heinrich von Symera,
verpfänden dem Johann Vogt von Hunolstein das Dorf Qunzenrode. 1311 Mai 3. Nos Cuno et
Fridericus fratres, filii quondam Henrici armigeri de Symera, notum esse cupimus
inspectoribus vniuersis, quod vendidimus villam nostram Grunzenrode cum omnibus suis
attinentiis in quibuscunque rebus consistentibus domino Johanni aduocato de Hunoltsteyn
pro centum et quinquaginta libris tre- uerens. denar. apud Treuerim bonorum et legalium,
ea adiecta condicione, quod, si predictam villam cum suis attinentiis reemere voluerimus
ipsis nostris denariis nobis habendam et non aliis, fraude et dolo exclusis, infra
terminum, qui ineipit a festo b. martini hyemalis proxime venturo usque ad tres annos
continue subse quentes , eam reemere poterimus sine impedimento, contradictione qualibet
post- posita et remota. In cujus rei testimonium nos С. et F. fratres predicti, cum
sigillo proprio careamus, presentes litteras sigillis discretorum virorum domini
Theoderici de Kellenbach, domini Hugonis de Smideburc et domini Henrici Ill aduocati de
Smideburc dedimus communitas. Et nos Th. de Kellenbach, Hugo et Henricus predicti ad
preces predictorum fratrum nostra sigilla presentibus duximus apponenda. Datum a. d.
