CXXXVIII. Johann Graf von Salm bekennt, dem Nicolaus Vogt von Hunolstein zu den
schon schuldigen 180 Pfund trierische Pfennige noch 45 Pfund schuldig zu sein. 1303
September 5. Nos Johannes comes de Salmis notum facimus universis presentes litteras
inspecturis, quod tenemur nobili viro, fideli nostro, domino Nicolao advocato de
Hounoltsteyn in quadraginta quinque libris treveren. denar. legalium et bonorum pro nobis
persolutis, proter summam centum et octoginta librarum, sicut in litteris super hoc
confectis plenius continetur, quas vero quadraginta quinque libras in reditibus villarum
sibi obligatis integraliter recipiet ante redemptionem predictorum redituum. Si vero ante
receptionem dictarum quadraginta quinque librarum redimere voluerimus, sibi satisfacere
tenebimur de supradictis quadra ginta quinque libris pro sua voluntate. In cujus rei
testimonium sigillum nostrum presentibus litteris duximus apponendum. Datum anno domini
