LXIX. Die Brüder Theoderich und Nicolaus von Ilagen geloben schadlos zu halten
ihren Schwager Nicolaus Vogt von Hunolstein, dessen Bruder Johann und des Letztern
Schwiegersohn Friedrich von Grimberch wegen geleisteter Bürgschaft. 1279 Juli 5. Nos
Theoderícus et Nycholam domini de Hagene fratr.es, milites, notum facimus universis
presentes litteras inspecturis, quod cum nos viros honestos do minos Nycholaum aduocatum
de Hunoltsteyn, sororium nostrum, Johannem aduocatum, fratres, ac Fridericum de
Grimberchl, militem, generum ipsius domini Johannis, dederimus seu constituerimus nostros
fideiussores viris nobilibu« domino Symoni comiti Saraponten. et domino Jacobo de
Warnesperch nec non domino Johanni de Eywilre usque ad quadraginta annos pro pace inter
ipsos et nos facta in perpetuum fideliter obseruanda, prout in litteris super hoc
confectis plenius continetur, promittimus bona fide dictos nostros fideiussores super
omnibus premissis conseruare penitus indempnes, ad quod per nos faciendum nos et bona
nostra presentibus obligamus. In cujus rei testimonium ego Theoderícus de Hagene predictus
sigillum meum presentibus apposui, quo ego Nycholaus frater eius una- cum et usus sum et
contentus, cum sigülum proprium non habeam ista vice. Datum anno domini millesimo
ducentesimo septuagesimo nono feria quarta pro xima post festum beatorum Petri et Pauli
