    Constituais in presencia maiestatis nostre nobilis vir Goetfridus de Brunekke, | fidelis ooster dilectus nobis pro se et Margarete vxore suo legitima, suplicauit, quod, non ob stante in— pe|ticione, quam dicta Margareta sibi dicebat conpetere contra spectabilera virum, Bertoldum co- mitem de Hennen|berch, secretarium nostrum dilectum, de empeione et oecupacione castri Meyen- berg, quod ad se a suis asseruit pertinere | progenitoribus, et de quo alias sibi questionem mo- uerat, licet tarnen illud castrumnion a fratre predicte Marga|rete, sed ab ¡Ho de Barbey emerit, eidem empeione nostrum preberemus consensura ac ipsam cciam confirmare | nostra serenitate dignaremur. Nos igitur, eisdem supplicacionibus anuere cupientes, predicti castri empeione proj Bertoldo, secretario nostro predicto et heredibus suis nostrum consensum, tribuimus, eandemque empeionem auetoritate re|gia ratificamus et de certa scientia presentibus confirmamus. In cuius rei testimonium presentes Titteras conscri|bi et sigillo maiestatis nostre iussimus communiri.
