1017-01-99, Cannae
Johannes, Sohn des Laitus aus Cannes (f. Laiti de civitate Canni) teilt ein Stück Land in der Nähe der Stadt, das er vormals Milandus, Sohn des Dumnandus, und Martinus, Sohn des Isabrus, zur Bebauung gegeben hat, nun unter ihm selbst und denselben auf.

    • Materielle Beschreibung: 
      Am Ende des Textes ein Notariatssignet in der Form einer gezeichneten „Zeilenschlussleiste“ mit einem Flechtknopf und Zeigehand mit Armansatz.
    • Stil und Einordnung: 
      Das figürliche Zeichen weist dieselbe Tintenfarbe wie Schrift auf und kann daher wohl dem Notar Gregorius diaconus zugeordnet werden (vgl. weitere Urkunden desselben Notars mit demselben Zeichen).
