      I(n nomine) stark vergrössert, vor den Text gesetzt, mit kopfstempelförmigen Aussparungen, umgeben von dichten Perlreihen. Vergrösserte Initialen Ph mit aufwendigem Fleuronnée; ebenfalls in der ersten Zeile vergrösserte Initiale N(otum) mit Fleuronnée. Im Text vier weitere Initialen mit Fleuronnée.
      Das Fleuronnée ist in hellerer Tinte gezeichnet.
