        Grobe, stark vergrösserte Spaltinitiale P(hilippe), zwei Zeilen in den Text gesetzt, umgeben von Fadenausläufern, die mit Strichen und Scheiben verziert sind und in einem Blumenornament enden. Oberhalb des Siegels Scheiben mit Kern.
      • Stil und Einordnung: 
        Eine Urkunde des Philippe de Valois, noch als Comte de Valois, bevor er König wurde.
