Die „capitani e diffensori“ der Freiheit von Mailand bestätigen die erlassenen Vorschriften von Gian Galeazzo Visconti von 1392 in Bezug auf verpflichtende Spenden von Seiten der Stadtbewohner/-bürger (?) zur Versorgung der Pilger von Porta Vercellina am Tag des Heiligen Jakob.
