    Wartizlaus dei gratia dux Dyminensis omnibus in perpetuum. Quoniam omnis actio et opus quod- libet, quod ad futuram porrigitur posteritatem, ne diluatur, necesse est sumopere, quatinus priuilegiorum auctoritate et rationis roboretur discretione; igitur notum esse volumns tam presentibus, quam futuris, quod Yeneke miles dictus de Virchen ob salu- tem anime matris sue, que sepulta est Dar gun, dedit villam Chylowe et Beniz cum terminis earumdem et omni jure, aquis, siluis, pratis, pascuis, molendinis, piscationibus, et hoc de bono consensu nostro perpetuo possidendas, ita etiam, ut homines illas inhabitantes ab omni aduocacia, exactione, peti- tione, vrbium, pontium exstructione semper sint liberi et soluti. Nos igitur hoc factum plenius confirmare volentes, presentem litteram super hoc confectam ceno bio Dargun contulimus sigilli nostri munimine robora- tam.
