    Injnocentius episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis . . abbati Cisterciens, aliisque coabbatibus et conuentibus Cisterciensis ordinis salutem et aposto- licam benedictionem. Cum nuper duximus statuendum, ut exempti quantacunque gaudeant libertate, nichilo- minus tamen ratione delicti seu contractus aut rei, de qua contra ipsos agitur, rite possint coram locorum ordinariis conueniri et illi quo ad hoc suam in ipsos iurisdictionem, prout ius exegerit, exercere, tos dubi- tantes, ne per constitutionem huiusmodi libertatibus et immunitatibus uobis et ordini uestro per priuilegia et indulgentias ab apostólica sede concessis, preiudi- cari ualeat, nobis humiliter supplicastis, vt prouidere super hoc indempnitati uestre paterna sollicitudine curaremüs. Quia uero eiusdem ordinis sacra religio sie uos apud nos dignos fauore constituit, ut nobis notiuum existat, vos ab omnibus, per que uobis possent prouenire dispendia, immunes libenti animo conseruare, auctoritate presentium indulgemus, vt occasione institutionis huius nullum eisdem libertatibus et immunitatibus in posterum preiudicium generetur. Nulli ergo omnino hominum etc. Si quis autem hoc etc. Nos abbates de Lucka, de Doberan, de

    Reineuelde, de Nouo Campo testimonium per- hibemus, quod capitulum Cisterciense huiusmodi priui- legio sit communitum et sigillorum nostrorum impres- sione confirmamus. Datum Cistercii, anno domini M°CC°L° primo, tempore capituli generalis.

    Auf Pergament in einer breiten, uneichern Minuskel. An vier Pergamentstreifen bangen die wohl erhaltenen elliptischen Siegel der vier confirmiienden Aebte; die Siegel sind aus festem, braun gefärbtem Wachs.
