Ego Albero miles de Wielenstein notum fieri volo universis presentibus et^turis has litteras inspecturis, quod cum Conradus deJSSiecamusStla et uxor eius emissent ab.. abbate Monasterii et fratribus eius quoddam allodium apud ean- dem villam, liberum ab omni iurisdictione, ac liberos non habe- rent, cum coniuncta manu parique consensu contulerunt illud ecclesie de Otterburg pro sua suorumque remedio et salute. Ego vero cum iam dictus Conradus pertineret ad advocatiam meam, indignans de elemosina quam fecerat, conabar idem allodium mihi contra iustitiam vendicare, super hoc eandem ecclesiam in- quietans. Cum autem divinitus inspiratus resipiscere vellem, cen tum solidis ab . . abbate et fratribus aceeptis, cum uxoris mee consensu recognovi et allodium liberum resignavi coram multis testibus, quorum nomina presenti pagine sunt inscripta.
