    Iudices sancte Moguntine sedis et.. officialis domini pre- positi Mogunt. Recognoscimus bis litteris et constare volumus universis, quod Wilhelmus plebanus de Dyeppach in nostra presentia constitutus confessus fuit, quod omnia et singula bona sua, que in villa Daswilre habuit et in terminis eius- dem, quocunque nomine censeantur, iamdudum transtulit in abbatem et conventum monasterii in Ottirburg, ordinis Cysterc. Mogunt. dyecesis, et legittima donatione inter vivos donavit eisdem in iudicio predicte ville Daswilre pure et simpliciter propter deum, cum omni iure, quo ea tenuit et possedit, re- nuntians precisse dictis bonis et iuri, quod sibi hactenus com- petiit in eisdem. Quas translationem, donationem et renuntia- tionem dictus Wilhelmus coram nobis in firmitatem maioris evidentie renovavit. In cuius rei testimonium sigilla nostra una cum sigillo predicti Wilhelmi ad eiusdem Wilhelmi rogatum presentibus litteris sunt appensa. Actum et datum anno Do mini m.cc xcvii. vii. kallendas martii.
