    Honorabili viro, domino N. . . dei gratia maiori preposito in Wormatia В.. . de Gerswilre servitium voluntarium et omne bonum. Notum vobis et universis facimus, quod ego partem allodii in Gerswilre, quod pertinuit ad nepotes meos Berthol- fum et Brunichonem legitime rationabiliterque, emi pro octo talentis cum consensu et manu utriusque uxoris. Postea partem illam cum parte mea pariter vendidi ecclesie et conventui de Otterberg, que venditio ut esset firmior, et ne possit in poste- rum super hoc ecclesia molestari et inquietan ab aliquo, pre- dictos nepotes meos ad. . abbatem et fratres eius adduxi apud Buckenheim, et cum manu utriusque et consensu allodium idem resignavi, acceptis tredecim talentis, quorum ego octo et illi quinque acceperunt. Accesserunt autem fratres claustri ad uxo- res amborum, et ipsarum consensum super eadem re, ut ipsi asserunt, acceperunt. Hec ego coram vobis litteris istis testor, firmans testimonium meum sigillo prepositi de Hertingeshusen, qui, me ista voce profitente, affuit cum domino Conrado de Monsheim et Hugone iuniore de Mertinsheim.
