Cives Wormatienses. Quia minoris consensus ad ea iure debet accedere, que maioris auctoritas suo fulcire duxerit muni- mento, notum fieri volumus universis, ad quos presens scriptum pervenerit, quod nos ratam habemus, omnimodis approbantes sigilli nostri testimonio donationem, quam bone memorie Ru- dewinus de Flamburne et uxor eius .. abbati et ecclesie Otter- burgensi fecerunt in curte, que dicitur Emeringeris, imperialis aule ac domini nostri H. Wormatiensis episcopi scripto ipsi etiam ecclesie perpetualiter roboratam. Datum Wormatie, anno Domini m. cc. xxvii., indictione xv.
