    Nos Ludowicus, Dei gratia comes Palatinus, dux Bavarie. Notum facimus presentium inspectoribus universis, quod, cum quondam Emercho miles, pincerna de Elbestein et Gysela uxor sua communicata manu de assensu liberorum suorum, una cum viro nobili quondam Heinrico comite Geminipontis indulserint, ut viri religiosi domini venerabilis.. abbas et conventus sancte Marie in Otderburg, Cysterc ordinis, cum pecoribus et anima- libus ipsorum, cuiuscunque sint generis seu etatis, in queren- dis pascuis, aquis, glandibus et nemoribus in terminis circa Elbestein evagationem liberam habeant et quietam. Ex quo nunc ad manus nostras sunt bona huiusmodi devoluta, ad con- cessionem eandem consensum nostrum adhibemus voluntarium et expressum, ne per officiales nostros in concessione et indulto huiuscemodi eis factis in posterum valeant aliquo modo impe
