Recognoscimus, quod con- stitutus coram nobis Petrus, pastor ecclesie sancti Albini, Mo- guntine diecesis, confessus est, se eandem ecclesiam ex colla- tione religiosorum virorum .. abbatis et conventus monasterii in Otterburg ordinis Cysterc. predicte dyecesis, possidere et pos- sedisse hactenus ex parte eorundem pacifice et quiete, dicens ius patronatus ipsius ecclesie ad nullum alium quam ad abba
