    Officialis domini prepositi maioris ecclesie Spirensis. Tenore presentium publice profitemur, quod constitutus coram nobis in figura iudicii discretus vir Wernherus Pincerna de Elbestein, fide data loco iuramenti, se firmiter et publice obligavit reli- giosis viris . . abbati et . . conventui in Otterburg, ordinis Cy sten:. Mogunt. diecesis, litteram eisdem religiosis a patre suo Emerchone bone memorie sub nostro sigillo quondam traditam, necnon omnia, que sunt in ea scripta, sub pena in eadem littera contenta se velle ratam et per omnia inviolabiliter tenere ; cuius tenor talis est: Officialis domini prepositi, ut supra. Nos igitur officialis prescriptus ad instantiam et petitionem Wernheri Pin- cerne de Elbestein antedicti venerabilibus, religiosis de Otter burg prescriptis hanc litteram nostro sigillo sigillatam dedimus in testimonium veritatis omnium contentorum in eadem. Datum anno Domini m ccc.xv. sabbato proximo ante festum beati Andree apostoli.
