Tsar Kaliman Asen (1241–1246), son of Tsar Ioan Asen II, endows the Athonite Monastery of Zograf with extensive possessions throught Macedonia, Thrace and the Danube littoral. The document, although supplied with an authentic gold seal of Ioan Asen II, is a forgery from the 16th or 17th century. Current repository:

Golden seal depicting a standing Emperor, with a labarum in his right and a globe in his left hand. On reverse, a portrait of St. Demetrios, patron of the Asen Family.
