Abstract
Before 27 November 1202
Archbishop Basil of Tirnovo thanks Pope Innocent III for his letter and informs him that presbyter Blasius of Braničevo will accompany the papal legate Dominic of Brindisi and convey confidential Bulgarian messages to Rome.
