Abstract
Between 1 September 1203 and 31 August 1204 (probably September 1203)
Metropolitans Anastasios of Velbužd and Sava of Preslav, as well as Bishops Marin of Skoplje, Abraham of Prizren, Kirik of Niš and Clemens of Vidin acknowledge papal supremacy.
