Tsar Ioan Asen II donates the village of Semalto (in the vicinity of Ser) to Vatoped Monastery and exempts the new possession from all financial obligations towards the state. Current repository:

Dimensions: 248 x 338 mm
Condition: Upper right corner is missing. There are several smaller holes in the middle. Ink is paler in the lower half and almost erased on certain places – last four lines are illegible.
