Abstract
April 1356 or 1341 (according to ninth indiction)
Tsar Ioan Alexander confirms and extends the privileges of Monastery of the Mother of God of Tender Mercy (Bogorodica Eleusa) in Mesembria and forbids the Mesembrian Bishop to interfere in the convent.
