Die Urkunde ist nicht erhalten. Hederich fand sie im Registr. eccl. Suerin. fol 104b, und gibt in seinem Index Annal. Sueric. diesen Auszug:
„Innocentius papa confirmat transactionem inter Hauelbergense [m] et Suerinensem episcopos „super finibus utriusque dioeceseos."
Innocenz IV. -ward 1243 am 25. Juni gewählt, am 28. Juni geweiht; er starb am 7. Decbr. 1254- Wahrscheinlich fällt diese Urkunde in seine ersten Jahre. Vgl. oben Nr. 520.
