      Omnibus Christi lidelibus, ad quos peruenerit presens scriptum, Henricus comes in Zwerin salulem in domino. Vniuersitati vestre significo, qvod ego salubri commonitus consilio videlicet Sifridi decani ceterorumque canonicorum Zwerinensium, quartam partem decime in terra Zylazen a nie detentam, ad pre- bendam eorura pertinentem. cum consensu uxoris mee et puerorum meorum restitui. Hanc igilur recognitionem et restitutionem rationabililer coram heredibus meis factam et ab eisdem ratam et (irmiter tenendam staluo in perpetuum rema- nere. Hi testes aderant: Apollonius prepositus, Sifridus decanus, Laurentins custos, Eilwardus, Hermannus, W[e]rnerus, Matthias, Giselbertus, Ovo, Cono, Rodulfus; laici vero: Fridericus de Everinge, Henricus de Stralendorp, Conradus de Palude, Tidericus Schackraan, Nicolaus de Below, Rein[b]oldus ' de Gulilz, Hen ricus de Zwerin, Hermannus de Masendorpe, Bernhardus de Masendorpe.
