      jbonradus dei gratia Hildensemensis ecclesie episcopus omnibus Christi iidelibus salutein in Christo Jhesu. Notum sit omnibus, tarn posteris, quam pre- sentibus, quod donacio[nem] aduocacie in bonis et hominibus in Hertesbutle, quam comes Guncelinus de Zwerin confessus est se a nobis in feodo tenuisse et quam contulit ecclesie Verdensi, ratam habemus. Et in testimonium consensus nostri presentem literam nostro sigillo feciinus communiri. Datum Bildendem], anno domini M° CC° XXXVHIL, pridie idus Mau.

      Nach v. Hodenberg's Verdener Geschichtsquellen II, S. 109, „ex copiar. privil. Verdens. Nr. XXXV111". - In den Jahren 1243—1247 stellten Bischof Konrad (1221 —1247), Propst Reinhold (1243—1250) und das ganze Capitel zu Hildesheim eine Urkunde (s. a.) darüber aus, dass sie dem Dom-Capitel zu Verden ihre Güter in Hertesbutle verkauft Hütten.
