Ne rerum geslarum memoria per successiua temporum labatur spacia, humana sollercia sibi consueuit adhibere remedia scripturarum. Nosse igitur uolumus tarn presenles, quam futuros, quod nos preposilo Raceburgensi bannum duarum ecclesiarum scilicet Dartsowe et Mummenthorp contulimus in recompensacionem banni in Rene el Wedeweuthorp. quem cenobio sanctimonialium in Rene assignauimus, perpetuo relinquentes. V igitur nlliis in poslerum exinde scrupulus oriatur, presentcm paginam contulimus sigilli nostri munimine roboratam. Datum Raceburch, in die Johannis ewangeliste, anno gracie M° CC° XXX0 VII0, pontificatus nostri anno secundo.
