    Udalricus pie memorie dux orationis causa ad Ostrowiense cenobium hec donaría tradidit uerbis interpositis, ut si unquam quis hominum ab hoc monasterio hec auferre moliretur, eterno uinculo cum Juda auaro et impio anathematis plecteretur: Swoysicih, Nazorubycih, Poryesicyh.
