In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis ego Eberhardus dei gratia Salzburgensis ecclesie Archiepiscopus. Notum uolo esse christi fidelibus, quod ecclesiam Hohenberchah infra terminos parrochie nostre sitam cum toto iure parrochiali ad eam pertinente assentiente clero et laicis fidelibus ecclesie nostre firma concessione conmisi preposito Ranshouensi Manigoldo et eius in posterum successoribus conmunem uitam secundum regulam beati Augustini seruantibus salua in omnibus nostra nostrorumque successorum canonica iusticia. Si autem, quod absit, regularis uita, que nunc deo fauente in ecclesia Ranshouensi tenetur, fuerit ibi annichilata, pro nichilo quoque habeatur concessio nostra, quam regularibus duntaxat prepositis prefate ecclesie ratam et inconuulsam permanere uolumvs et ideo kartam concessionis huius nostro sigillo roborari fecimvs. Ego Hugo dei gratia Salzburgensis prepositus subscripsi, Ego Willehelmus dekanus subscripsi, Ego Heinricus abbas Sancti Petri subscripsi, Ego Trount de sancto Petro SS.
