Hermann, Bischof von Bamberg, schenkt dem, Kloster Aspach ein Neugereute bei dem Dorfe Eichberg in der Nähe des Waldes Hönhart.

In nomine sancte et individue Trinitatis. Hermannus Babennergensis Episcopus. Si de temporalibus nostris eis, qui pauperes spiritu, consolationem impendimus, Regni Celestis, quod ipsorum est, beatitudinem eorum interventu nos adepturos speramus in Domino. Unde petitioni dilecti fratris nostri Friderici venerabilis Abbatis de Aspach libenter acquiescentes norale quoddam, quod ville sue Eichperch secus nemus nostrum Hochenhart adiacet, tres videlicet mansos, quos Uto, Adelger, Regenhart, Wernhart possident, ei et Ecclesie sue Aspach manu potestativa tradidimus, ut fratres ibidem Deo famulantes et homines eorum incommoditate, quam hactenus habuerunt, careant et nostri memoriam sive in vita sive in morte in orationibus semper habeant. quod ut omni tempore ratum et inconvulsum permaneat, presentem Kartam inde conscribi et sigillo nostro insigniri precepimus. Testes huius rei sunt Gotepoldus Capellanns, Rapoto Comes de Ortenberch, Oudalricus de Haselpach, Berenger de Gunzendorf, Otto Pincerna, Eppo de Wintere, Gotzwinus et Gotebolt de Osterhoven, Chunrad de Schambach, Wernhart de Pilnaw, Wernhart Vilicus de Eringen et alii quam plures. Actum Aspach anno Dominice Incarnationis M. C. LXXIIII. Indictione VII. regnante Domino Friderico Romanorum Imperatore invictissimo, anno Regni eius XXII. Imperii vero XVIII.
