Honorius Episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis G. Rectori et fratribus Sancte Marie in Slag Premonstratensis ordinis Salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Solet annuere sedes apostolica piis votis et honestis petencium precibus fauorem beniuolum inpertiri. Sane sicut ex parte vestra fuit expositum coram nobis, cum venerabilis in Christo frater noster Patauiensis episcopus Ecclesiam sancte Marie in Slag de voluntate patroni eiusdem Ecclesie Capituli sui accedente consensu vobis pie ac prouide duxerit conferendam in ea secundum Premonstratensis ordinis instituta domino seruituris, Nos vestris precibus inclinati, quod per eundem Episcopum super hec prouide actum est, authoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio conmunimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmacionis infringere vel ei ausu temerario contraire, Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem Omnipotentis dei et beatorum Apostolorum Petri et Pauli se nouerit incursurum. Datum Lateranj IIII. Nonis Aprilis Pontificatus nostri Anno quinto.
