Ego Chunradus abbas in Raitenhaslach cum collegio suo et Ego Hainricus prepositus in Ranshouen cum contu (sic, conventu) suo in perpetuum. Cum agitaretur questio inter nos de proprietate capelle in Neunchirchen fundate in patrimonio beati Pancracii Ranshouen, site uero in terminis parrochialis ecclesie Halspach, que spectare dinoscitur ad monasterium Raitenhoslach, multis hinc inde habitis racionibus, laboribus et expensis de consilio prouidorum uirorum, ut liti finem inponeremus, ius utriusque ecclesie arbitrio conmissimus quatuor personarum duarum uidelicet utriusque monasterii hac condicione interposita, ut, si quatuor predicti in forma conposicionis concordare non possent, secundum arbitrium Chunonis decani Maioris ecclesie Saltzpurgensis totum negocium terminaretur et utraque pars per publicum instrumentum, ut staret ipsius arbitrio, firmiter compromisit. predictis igitur quatuor personis uidelicet priori et camerario de Raitenhoslach et decano et cellerario de Ranshouen ad arbitrium conuenientibus et concordare non ualentibus decanus saltzpurgensis sub presencia magnorum uirorum secundum prescriptam formam arbitratus est ita uidelicet, ut plebanus pro tempore in Halspach recipiat Capellam in Neunchirchen de manu prepositi iure patroni cum sua dote et eandem Capellam inofficiet, Ordinacio uero decimarum, de quibus eadem Capella in tecto Iuminariis et aliis necessariis prouideri debet et elemosina in festo sancti emmerammi distribui ad disposicionem pertinebit prepositi in Ranshouen. Et quia eadem capella disconsecrata esse dinoscitur, tam prepositus de Ranshouen quam plebanus de halspach reconsecracionem ipsius ecclesie procurabunt. Hoc autem arbitrium publicatum est presentibus alberto preposito maioris ecclesie Saltzpurgensis, Perhtoldo abbate de Bur, Hermanno preposito de werde, Pernhardo et Canonico et Plebano Saltzpurgensi, Gerhoho de matse, Rudolfo de Chothibach, Hainrico de Helphaw, Ortolfo et wolframmo militibus et aliis quam pluribus. ut autem hec forma arbitrii rata in futurum habeatur, sigillum maioris ecclesie Saltzpurgensis una cum sigillis nostris apponi petiuimus huic carte.
