Aus einer handschriftlichen Genealogie der Abkömmlinge der Grafen und Markgrafen von Steyr, verfasst von Valentin Prevenhuber im Jahr 1637
Nos Poppo dei gratia Bambergensis episcopus attendentes futurum Babenbergensis ecclesiae commodum et honorem cum dilecto et spirituali amico nostro Friderico illustri duce Austriae et Styriae et domino carniolae super pueris Dietmayr de Steyr aequaliter nunc et admodo diuidendis pari de consensu conuenimus in hanc formam, ut videlicet filii sui Dietmarus nunc senior et Duringus perpetuo libere transierint in dicti ducis dominij potestatem, Vlricus uero et filia sua nomine Reinhildis nostri et ecclesiae sint perpetuo similiter obsequijs deputati, pari nobis mutuo uolentibus, etiam addicti juris aequalitas debeatur uicissimque plenitudinem obtineant in pheodis porrectis tam a nobis quam a dicto domino duce et in futurum a nobis uel a nostris successoribus pariter porrigendis, de haereditandis uero filijs per praedictum dominum uel etiam filiabus in futurum portio fiat sequalis, supradicta forma de pheodis hinc inde aequaliter diuidendis nihilominis permanente. Vt autem huiusmodi negotij series perpetua gaudeat firmitate, praesens scriptum in euidens testimonium et cautelem sigillorem nostrorum munimine iussimus roborari. (Sine dato.)
