Ne Gestarum et Praeteritarum rerum notitia ab hominum evanescat memoria, noverint omnes hanc literam inspecturi tam praesentes quam post nos futuri, quod ego Wernhardus dictus de Harthaim, Alberto de Guzzbach et Uxori suae, quae Gertrudis nuncupata, et pueris et haeredibus ipsorum quandam Curiam in Hofkirchen et mansum unum ibidem et decimas super una Curia in Clingenprunnen et mansum unum prope aquam, quae vocatur Traun, apud Vregendorf, et mansum unum in Villa, quae vocatur Goldmanstorf, contuli jure pheodali. in hujus rei Testimonio Alberto praedicto et Uxori suae ante dictae et haeredibus praedictis paginam praesentem, una cum juris ijdoneis subnotatis dedi munimine mei Sigilli roboratum. Testes sunt Dominus Cunradus de Harthaim Frater meus, Dominus Hainricus de Hage, qui fuit tunc Procurator circa Anasum, Dominus Wickardus de Polnhaym, Dominus Ruegerus Prüeschenck, Dominus Marguardus dictus Preuhaven, Dominus Durring Schecko, Dominus O. de Olterberg, Dominus Christianus de Hage, Dominus Dietricus Officialis, Dominus Rudgerus de Zaucha, Rugerus de Utterstetten, Arnoldus dictus Piber, Cunradus Piber, Ulricus Schecko Hartnidus de Cispide, Hainricus Streller, Berchtoldus Schecko, Hainricus Filius Preuhaven, Marguardus de Otterberg, Sifridus de Walchrain, Duringus de Sazze, Hertnidus de Ort, Wulfingus de Strazz, Duringus Piber, et alii quam plures. datum Anno Domini MCCLXXII.
