Ne gesta hominum rationabiliter facta per diuturnitatem temporis oblivio tollat, congruit ea scripture testimonio perhennari. Hinc est, quod nos Hainricus de Schoumberch notum esse volumus hanc litteram inspecturis, quod donationem sive concessionem Ecclesie S. Marie in Reitenhaslach fratribusque ibidem Deo famulantibus per nos et Wernhardum fratrem nostrum pie memorie ob remedium animarum nostrarum et progenitorum ac successorum nostrorum factam videlicet, quod naves dictorum fratrum ascendentes de Austria ipsorum victualia portantes scilicet vinum, frumentum nec non alia victualia in Muta nostra Aschach libere pertranseant sine muta perpetualiter excepto iure mutariorum, quod ad valorem tantummodo denarior. XIV. estimatur, cum consensu filiorum nostrorum Wernhardi et Heinrici propter dilectionem et amorem, quem ad eundem habemus locum, ob reverentiam gloriose Virginis Marie nec non ad instantiam domini Chunradi Abbatis ibidem venerabilis confirmavimus ipsis donationem prehabitam renovantes. Ut autem hec nostra donatio simul et concessio rate permaneat et inconvulse, in testimonium et cautelam presentem cedulam munimine sigillorum nostrorum filiorumque nostrorum Wernhardi et Hainrici prefatis fratribus dedimus roboratam. Huius rei testes sunt Hertnidus Dapifer, Chunradus de Wert, Ulricus de Chirchperch, Chunradus de Strochen, Chunradus Stal, Ludwicus Schiur, Hainricus de Maering, Hainricus de Gibing, Fridericus Plebanus de Vert, Hainricus Notarius, Karolus Pedagogus Domicellorum de Schoumberch, Hertwicus et Albertus tunc temporis mutarii in Aschach, Otto Pfeflinus et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec apud Schoumberch anno Domini M. CC. LXXII. in vigilia palmarum.

Diese Befreiung ist ferner bestätigt worden im Jahre 1284 durch Wernhard und Heinrich Brüder von Schaunberch „testibus Ottone de Ror, Conrado et Rudolfo Stal, Conrado de Furt"; im Jahre 1363 durch die Grafen Ulrich und Heinrich Brüder von Schaunberg; 1365 durch den Grafen Heinrich und endlich 1423 durch den Grafen Johann.Language:
