    Nouerint vniuersi presentem paginam inspecturi, quod ego otto de offenhavsen manv domini mej wichardj iunioris de polhaim obligauj vlrico de aschach pro XI. talentis denariorum wiennensium quatuor domos decimales, primum sitam ad vlricum de curia et secundum in spechinge, vltima duo in spilwerperig. jn cuius rej testimonium ego wi. de polhaim hanc litteram sibi dedi mei sigilli munimine confirmatam.
